During his decade plus on the Los Angeles, California singer-songwriter scene, David Hare has performed acoustic solo sets to audiences throughout Southern California in venues ranging from the smallest of intimate coffee houses to large concert theaters. Now he's headed in a new direction with the completion of his first fully produced music video. The video coincides with the release of his new album. Demonstration, Self-released on the David Hare Music label, features all original songs written and performed by David Hare. With Demonstration, David Hare opens a window into his songwriting along with his guitar and vocal talents. The result is a collection of songs ranging from "Treaty Betrayed," an alternative flavored track based on an unusual, yet distinctive rhythmic assault of drums and acoustic guitar, to the simple acoustic pop guitar and vocal performance of "Waking Dream". Listeners will also find "Time Heals" with sincere lyrics, heartfelt vocals and delicious electric guitar runs alongside the track "Coming Home" chosen for the video. While earlier projects have been the result of creative partnerships, Demonstration sets itself apart as a clear representation of David Hare’s solo talents and his ever-evolving musical vision. David Hare has been performing original music as a solo artist since 1993 with humble beginnings in intimate coffee houses and small clubs. The next few years brought more songs and new opportunities to perform at larger venues. More notable performances included opening for members of the Eagles, and The Jacksons. Bringing honesty and depth to his work, Hare’s dedication and talents have gained the respect of many of his peers within the songwriting community.
